Morning Word
Being alone takes a great deal of discipline as well as patience. Day in and day out you have to convince yourself that the “Love” you are rushing to have, is really worth waiting for. You take more time now balancing your Wants vs Needs. You reflect more and have an honest assessment on areas you can improve on in your next relationship. And you seek to grow more in terms of mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Being alone is a slow process. But understand this, while you’re laying the foundation to grow better, the person you need is doing the exact same thing. And when you both finally meet, you both will be able to equally hold up the weight of your home off the strength of the foundation you both laid. That’s when you’ll finally realize why your past relationships never worked out.
